Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) now affects 1 in 36 of the nation’s children; this translates to approximately 63,805 youth under 18 in Michigan (per CDC, 2023).

On-Going Activities

Parent Peer Support group #1 meets from 5:30 – 6:30pm monthly on the second Friday. Parent Peer Support group #2 meets from 5:30 – 6:30pm monthly on the fourth Friday.  These groups meet Virtually. To learn more click here.

Adult Social Club meets one evening a month, usually the third Friday, from 5:30 – 7:30pm. Please register for this group to get an update on the meeting location for the month:  here.

Weekly Bingo supporting the Autism Society of Greater Detroit is held at Rosemack Bingo Hall Roseville. To learn more click here.

Child Playgroup Meet-up is now forming. Considering meeting Monthly on the first Tuesday at the City of Warren Halmich Park Playground. Email interest to: AS.GreaterDetroit@gmail.com

AS.PIE Baking Academy (& Social Club) is now forming. This revolutionary program was founded For Youth / By Youth.  Participants will learn baking & teamwork skills in an industrial kitchen under the  supervision of a youth & adult chef team.  Participants will bake recipes to order once to twice a week and have a social hour afterwards.
